Every year, thousands of young Africans complete their studies or develop skills with the hope of building a better future. Yet many face a difficult reality.

Despite their skills, motivation and will to succeed, they encounter a lack of opportunities, limited access to professional networks, hard-to-meet experience requirements and low visibility with recruiters.

At the same time, many companies, entrepreneurs and project leaders are looking for skilled talents without always knowing where to find them. This mismatch between available skills and existing opportunities holds back both individuals and the continent.

The idea of AFRICTAL was born from a personal experience. After telecommunications engineering studies, its founder found himself facing the same difficulties many young graduates experience today: despite solid training, accessing a job matching his skills proved to be a real challenge.

This experience gave rise to a deep conviction. The problem is not the absence of talent. Africa is full of skills, ideas, innovators and ambitious people. The real challenge is to enable these talents to be identified, valued, supported and connected to the right opportunities.

It is this conviction that gave birth to AFRICTAL.

AFRICTAL was imagined as much more than a recruitment platform. Our ambition is to build a true Pan-African ecosystem where every talent can develop their potential, where every company can find the skills it needs, where every entrepreneur can turn an idea into a concrete project and where every institution can contribute to skills development on the continent.

We believe that by connecting talents, employers, freelancers, universities, entrepreneurs, investors and institutions on a single platform, it is possible to create more opportunities, foster innovation and actively participate in the building of tomorrow's Africa.
